Slips, trips and falls are the leading cause of injury across National Grid’s UK business. The number of incidents has increased over the past couple of years and slips, trips and falls now account for 4 in 10 lost time injuries (LTIs) where employees have had to take at least a day off work. This is more than double the rate of our next leading cause of injury.
To reduce the number of slips, trips and falls, we delivered a creative campaign and animation that engages employees, tackles complacency, and encourages them to look after their own and other’s safety – whether in the office, or out on site.
