The challenge

A former warehouse building has been transformed to provide office space of 2,300 sq ft to 12,800 sq ft. This includes a magical new penthouse office with views over London. A campaign was needed to market the building to prospective clients.

The solution

We created an identity for the building along with an electronic and traditional mailout to promote the building. Phase 2 saw the creation of a website and printed brochure.
