A premium retail identity

Persianas group of companies was formed in 1990 and has grown to become a substantial multi-million dollar group with the capability to secure, construct, deliver and manage retail shopping malls in Nigeria. As part of their expansion plans Simplify were commissioned to rebrand the company and help position them as ‘pioneers of world class environments in Nigeria’.

Maximising assets in Nigeria

ARIA is an asset management company and is part of the Persianas Group of companies. Persianas’ goal, is to develop and list Nigeria’s first investment grade real estate portfolio, with an enterprise value of c. $1bn in the next five years.

ARIA provides an opportunity to generate revenue through consultancy and managing projects for other, potentially competing companies so it was essential to create an identity for ARIA which stood apart from the Persianas brand.

The identity will be applied to stationery, literature and a website. We are currently working on the visual identity for Persianas Holdings.

Connecting with Europe

Nemo Link is the project to lay high voltage electricity cables under the sea, improving the link between UK and European electricity generation with consumers in the UK and across the continent. It is a joint project between National Grid, Nemo Link Limited, and the Belgian Elia group.

The identity we created conveys the flow of energy between the UK and the continent. We also designed and built the website www.nemo-link.com

Simplify has created the branding for Mood, an online retail boutique which sells carefully curated collections of mid to high-end children’s furniture, toys and accessories. Mood is an acronym for ‘Mini Objects Of Desire’ and their vision is to be the number one brand for children’s designer furniture in the UK.

Renewed identity for a sustainable future

British Solar Renewables uses the most effective advanced clean energy technologies available today. The technology is efficient, effective, safe and environmentally friendly and works towards a future in which the UK can hope to reduce its reliance on damaging fossil fuel energy. By utilising what would otherwise be marginally productive land, landowners can generate environmentally friendly power whilst securing a steady, enhanced income for 25 years.

We created an identity which focused on the key elements of sun, wind and water. We are currently working on a suite of literature as an introduction to the company.
